How can I receive a Tango Card?
Your organization may provide Tango Cards in different ways.
Some organizations allow you to exchange Commute Points for a Tango Card in the Rewards section. The exchange rate depends on your organization. For example, 100 Commute Points may equal a $10 Tango Card, but other organizations may use a different setup.
Some organizations offer raffles in the Rewards section where a Tango Card is the prize. For example, you may enter a raffle for a chance to win a $20 Tango Card. If you win, you will receive the Tango Card by email after the raffle has been processed. |
Through reimbursements
Some organizations use Tango Cards to reimburse approved expenses. For example, if you use Guaranteed Ride Home and pay for an eligible ride yourself, your organization may reimburse you with a Tango Card after reviewing your request.
Why haven't I received my Tango Card yet?
In most cases, Tango Cards are not sent immediately.
Before a Tango Card is issued, your organization's admin may review and approve the request. This helps ensure the reward follows the organization's program rules.
Once approved, you will receive an email with your Tango Card and instructions on how to redeem it.
How do I redeem my Tango Card?
The email you receive from Tango Card includes the steps to redeem your reward.
The process usually looks like this:
- Open the Tango Card email.
- Select the redemption link.
- Enter your reward code.
- Choose your preferred reward.
- Complete the redemption.
The available gift cards, retailers, and redemption options may vary. Always review the redemption details before selecting a reward.
