Many organizations offer rewards to encourage commuting and make it more fun. Depending on your organization, you may be able to earn points, prizes, raffle entries, or other incentives by logging eligible commute trips.
☝️The rewards available to you depend on your organization, the networks you belong to, and sometimes the transportation modes you use.
How rewards work
Open Rewards to browse the programs available to you.
Each reward includes information such as:
- What you need to do to qualify
- When the reward is available
- Any requirements or restrictions
- A Join button, if enrollment is required
You will only see rewards that you are eligible for. Some rewards may only be available to specific networks, departments, locations, or transportation programs. For example, another employee may see a reward that you do not if they belong to a different network.
If you believe you should have access to a reward but cannot see it, contact your organization's manager or admin.
Reward types
Your organization may offer one or more of the following reward types.
Earn rewards by logging a certain number of eligible commute trips. For example, you might receive a reward after logging 5 qualifying trips during a campaign.

These rewards are only available for certain transportation modes, such as biking, walking, or public transit. If you don't see a reward for a specific mode, it may not be available for your organization or you may not currently meet the eligibility requirements. |

Earn points for eligible trips and redeem them for rewards offered by your organization, such as gift cards, merchandise, or other available prizes. Some organizations also offer Emergency Ride Home vouchers as point based rewards. These can provide additional rides home if you have already used your regular Emergency Ride Home benefits. The Rewards section may also include Commute Perks, if your organization offers them. These can include additional benefits or offers related to commuting.

Some programs award raffle entries instead of guaranteed rewards. Depending on the program, entries may be earned based on:

Reward tabs
The Rewards page is divided into three tabs.
| Tab | Description |
| Active | Rewards you've already joined or are currently earning progress toward. Depending on the reward, you may also be able to claim or redeem it here. |
| Available | Rewards you can join or redeem. Once you join a reward program, it moves to Active. |
| Completed | Rewards that have been claimed, rewarded, approved, denied, expired, or are otherwise finished. |
