CommuteAI is your AI assistant inside CommuteHub. It helps you complete everyday commute tasks, find information, and get answers about your organization's commute programs.
Whether you need help with a specific task or simply have a question, CommuteAI can assist you. You can use it to manage trips, rewards, parking, connected apps, and account settings, ask questions about your organization's setup, or quickly find information such as your organization's admin contact details.
CommuteAI is designed to make using CommuteHub even easier by giving you a simple way to interact with the platform. Just describe what you need in your own words, and CommuteAI will guide you based on the features and information available for your organization.
Where can I use CommuteAI?
You can access CommuteAI in different ways depending on what works best for you.
In CommuteHubThe full CommuteAI experience is available directly inside CommuteHub. Depending on your organization, this may be available in the CommuteHub app or desktop version under a different application name. To start a conversation, open CommuteAI by clicking the icon. You can type your question or request in your own words or select one of the suggested prompts. For example:

In SlackIf your organization has enabled Slack integration, you can connect CommuteAI directly in Slack. To get started, search for CommuteAI in the Slack Apps section and connect your account. Slack allows you to complete some simple actions without opening CommuteHub. For example, you may be able to log a trip or ask questions directly from Slack. The available functions in Slack depend on your organization's setup. |

In Claude
You can also connect CommuteAI with Claude. To use CommuteAI in Claude, you first need to create a Claude account and then search for CommuteAI in the Connectors section.
The available functionality in Claude is more limited than in CommuteHub. Some actions, such as reserving parking or paying for a parking permit, may not be available through Claude.
A ChatGPT integration will also be available soon.
CommuteAI vs. Help Center Support AI Agent
CommuteAI is available inside CommuteHub and helps you complete actions related to your commute, trips, rewards, parking, and account information.
This is different from the Support AI Agent available on the CommuteHub Help Center website. The Support AI Agent helps you find relevant Help Center articles and information about using CommuteHub, but it cannot access your account or complete actions for you.
