This month, we're introducing new ways to manage Networks, customize challenges, and keep track of your communications. Here's what's new in CommuteHub.
Smart Networks: Dynamic Membership
Want to reward frequent carpoolers or create a program for regular cyclists? With Smart Networks, you can automatically group users based on rules you define, rather than manually adding and removing members.
Combine rules based on user information and commuting activity to create groups that fit your program. For example, you could create a Network for users who register at least two carpools in a month and use it to target a specific incentive. Membership updates automatically as users meet or stop meeting your criteria.

Challenges now have a home in the new Management Dashboard
You can now create, edit, copy, and archive challenges directly from the Challenges section in the new Management Dashboard.
Customize challenge images and descriptions with this long-awaited update, choose which trips count, set leaderboard metrics, and decide who can participate. You can also control which managers have access to administer a challenge.

All your Communication well organized
The new Communications section brings Journeys and Notifications together in the Management Dashboard.
Journeys help you automate messages triggered by events such as user registration or challenge milestones. In Notifications, you can review sent messages, check their statuses, investigate failures, and filter or export results for further analysis.
For example, if a user reports a missing notification, you can look up the message and check whether it was sent, failed, or skipped.
