Parking Settings give you control over how parking costs are handled for carpools. You can find them in the Management Dashboard in the left sidebar under Parking.

Parking Settings will be expanded over time as we add more ways to manage your organization's parking setup. More settings and features will become available here in the future.

☝️ Good to know: Parking Settings are currently only visible to Admins.

Cost splitting for carpools

If your organization charges for parking, you can let users split the cost of a parking space among everyone in the carpool.

Enable or disable cost splitting

Use the Cost Splitting toggle to turn parking cost splitting for carpools on or off.

When enabled, the parking cost can be shared between the driver and riders in a carpool. This allows the driver to recover part of the parking cost from the other people sharing the ride.

Choose the cost split

You can also define how the parking cost is split between the driver and riders.

We recommend a 50% split, which is the default setting. However, you can adjust the percentage to suit your organization's setup.
