Reset your password

☝️If you have multiple email addresses, make sure you enter the one that is connected to your existing account. Creating a new account may result in duplicate profiles.
Troubleshooting password reset issues
If you are having trouble resetting your password, find your issue below.
I did not receive the password reset email
First, check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
Make sure you entered the correct email address and that it is the same email address connected to your account.
If the email was confirmed as delivered but you still cannot find it, your organization's email security settings may be blocking it. In this case, contact your internal IT team and ask them to check whether the sender or email address needs to be allowlisted.
My password reset link is invalid or expired
Password reset links can expire for security reasons.
Request a new password reset email and use the link from the most recent email you received.
If you requested several reset emails, older links may no longer work.
I cannot find an option to change my password
You can only reset your password from the sign-in page.
Log out of CommuteHub completely and return to the sign-in page. Then select Forgot Password?
CommuteHub does not recognize my email address
Check the spelling of your email address carefully and try again.
If you have more than one work or personal email address, try to identify which one you originally used to create your account. You can check previous emails from CommuteHub or search your email inbox for account-related messages.
If you are unsure which email address is connected to your account, contact your organization's Admin.
Please do not create a new account unless you are sure that you do not already have an existing one. Duplicate accounts can cause problems with your trips, rewards, and account history.
My account is locked or inactive
If your account is locked or inactive, a password reset may not resolve the issue.
Please contact your admin for assistance. Your account access may be suspended due to a terms of service violation. Please check your email for additional details and instructions.
I normally sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization uses Single Sign-On, you may not have a separate CommuteHub password.
Use your organization's SSO sign-in option and sign in with the same identity provider you normally use for work.
If you are unsure whether your organization uses SSO, contact your organization's admin.
I am having trouble resetting my password in the mobile app
If the password reset process is difficult to complete in the mobile app, try resetting your password in a desktop or mobile web browser instead.
Once you have successfully created a new password, return to the application and sign in using your new credentials.
The password reset page is not loading or working
Try the following:
- Refresh the page.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Open the link in a private or Incognito window.
- Try a different browser.
- Try opening the reset link on a different device.
If the problem continues, contact CommuteHub Support and include the browser and device you are using.
My new password is not accepted
Check that your password meets all password requirements.
Make sure there are no accidental spaces before or after your password.
If you copied and pasted the password, try typing it manually instead.
You can also request a new password reset link and create a different password.
